I invite That which has No Name to show Yourself to me.

I invite That which has No Name to allow me to experience Your Presence.

The Breath moves outside of my body.

The Breath envelopes my body.

I am aware that the Breath is inside my body AND the Breath is outside my body.

I feel my lungs moving up and down, breathing...

I feel the Energy of a Presence outside my body, pulsing in and out, breathing...

Withe each In-breath of the Pulsing, I am being embraced.

I feel the Presence hugging me.
